Resolved Question: I need help on sniper school for airsoft?

Alright so I have a airsoft team called the colonial marinesl in Logan Utah. Most of us have pretty good guns and pistols I am holding a sniper school if u would call it that next month. I need some ideas for what they need to learn during one week time period drills? Equitment? Ect I'll give best awnser I promise Also how can I show like ghillie suits and stuff?
