Resolved Question: What are the best tortillerias in the Salt Lake City area?

Having been born and raised in San Diego, and due to the fact that everyone on my mom's side is Mexican, I have grown up knowing what to expect from a well-made tortilla. But, now that I just moved to Utah, I need you guys' help to locate the best tortillerias around SLC or West Jordan. I actually live in Brigham City (just south of Logan), but figure I'll have a better chance if I look in a larger city. So - any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Well, I did.
