Resolved Question: Is this ok for a airsoft team?

Alright so I have an airsoft team in Logan Utah called the colonial marines. We have about 7 to 8 on the team so I seperated them into Two groups of four called apha and bravo each unit has a leader 1 rifleman 1 grenadier and one gunner Then we have two sniper that work with the unite unless told otherwise.
